Class Policies

• 1.  Registration:
• Class seats are first-come, first-served and require pre-payment.
• Due to high demand, it is common for students to register for a class six months in advance.
• Your seat is confirmed once payment is processed.

• 2.  Online Confirmation:
• You will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours of online registration.

• 3.  Class Transfers:
• Transfer requests must be made in writing and received at least 30 days before your class.
• One free transfer if done 30 days before the originally scheduled class begins; additional transfers or those within 30 days will cost $100.

• 4.  Classroom Location Changes:
• For in-person, instructor-led courses, CertifiNOW reserves the right to change locations within the general vicinity of the
  original class location. Check our website one week before your class to confirm the class location.

• 5.  Recording Classes: 
• No audio or video recordings are allowed under any circumstances.  Recording classes in any format is not permitted.

• 6.  No-Show Policy:
• No-shows are charged the total cost of the course; no refunds will be issued.

• 7.  Partial Absences:
• Missing more than 30 minutes daily means you will not receive a class certificate, contact hours, or PDUs.

• 8.  Testimonials:
• We encourage our students to give us feedback about their classroom experiences.  However, CertifiNOW does not pay for testimonials or referrals.  All testimonials and endorsements come from individuals who have paid to attend a course and offer their testimonials free of charge.

• 9.  Cancellations and Refunds:
• Class cancellations and refund requests must be in writing and sent to Sales@CertifiNOW.com
• A full refund will be issued if scheduled class registration is canceled 30 days before the class start date.
• A $100 fee will be charged if class registration cancellation is requested within 15-30 days before the scheduled class start date.
• A $500 fee will be charged if class cancelation is requested within 14 days before the class commencement.
• No refunds will be issued upon the arrival of the scheduled class start date

• 10.  Class Audits:
• Requests to audit a class must be made in writing at least six weeks before the prospective class start date.
• Audits are reserved for previous students who did not pass their certification exam.
• Limited class audit seats are available and subject to management approval.
